ロビー近くにドリンクのカプセルと、選べるシャンプーが良かったです。建物も部屋もシンプルで清潔感がありとても良かったです。神戸に行く事があればまた泊まらせていただくと思います。

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。丁寧で親しみを感じました。アメニティも充実していましたが、フロントで持ち出し自由のシャンプーなどが用意されていて嬉しかったです。真新しいホテルではないですが、部屋の状態もよく清潔でした。旅疲れの時にスタッフの親切な対応は何よりも癒されます。価格以上でした。

ベッドの下なども埃がすごかったです。

コスパ最高の素晴らしいホテル
建物外観にお部屋や設備などなど、新しいのもあり非常にきれいな状態で、フロントの爽やかな対応や飲み物のサービス、またアメニティーグッズも充実していて大満足の宿泊でした。
ただひとつ、室内が大変静かだった分気になったのかもしれませんが、就寝中のエアコンの音が少し耳ざわりだったのが残念でした。

とてもいいホテルでした。立地的にも最高です。
朝食も美味しかったですし、アメニティーも非常に良かったです。
ただ枕が一つしかなかったので、二つ あれば尚よかったかなと思いました。

とても良かった！
お部屋は新しくとても綺麗で快適です。ロビーにある好きなシャンプーを部屋に持っていって使えるのがとても良かったです。朝食はバイキングでとても美味しかったです。元町駅から近く、便利です。このお値段でこのクオリティなのでまた利用したいです。

事前にメール でアイロンのお願いをしていたのですがチェックイン時に把握していなかったようでした。
直ぐ貸して頂けたのですが、チェックイン後に両手に荷物がある中でアイロンとアイロン台を渡されてちょっと戸惑いました。アイロン台は要らなかったのでアイロンのみお借りしましたが…。
設備は普通に良かったです。

Wonderful hotel to stay in KOBE
The twin room we stayed was very spacious and clean. Their staffs were very helpful. This hotel could get 10 stars from me if the breakfast is improved.
