The room was nice and clean. Large for a japanese hotel room. A little bit of a walk from the closest station but very close to most of downtown Kobe. Staff were friendly and greeted us warmly upon arrival. Would consider staying again. Fair price for what you get.

Checked in on September 19, 2004. The front desk staff was very unfriendly and I had to wait almost an hour to check in. The room was small and uncomfortable. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. I do not recommend it.

Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Each room is stocked with decent amenities, and the WiFi speeds and bandwidth are amazing (200-300 mbps down and up). This hotel is located just down the street from the Kobe Sannomiya station and within a 5 min walk. Great, comfortable little hotel at decent prices!

It is very close to the center of the city. Walking distance from trains and airport limousine buses. Surrounded by restaurants and bars but the street is off from the busy area where all entertainment and shopping areas are located. The hotel itself is super clean and spacious for the Japanese standard. It is not the five star one but much better than most of reasonable hotels. Most of essential items are in the room already.

冬の宿泊利用であったが、チェックイン（入室）前から加湿器が運転されており、入った途端臭いと思いました。加湿器のサービスは良いが、手入れを十分にしないと逆効果と思います。寒い冬でしたが､直ぐに窓を開けて換気＋室内脱臭剤スプレーしました。それ以外は清潔かつ安全なホテルでした。
