The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. It’s in a business/residential area. Across the street is a 24 hour Family Mart convenience store. Right by the hotel is a chain restaurant. The room is not big but comfortable.

Silver Week Pandemic Trip
The hotel is about 3-4 blocks up north from the main area of Sannomiya Station. Also the same distance from Shin-Kobe Station. My average price per night was only about 4,000 yen; a pretty good price I think. I don't believe the staff at check-in gave me any details about my stay; that could have helped because I was confused about the breakfast arrangement with the Matsuya restaurant next door. My request was honored that I get a room in the corner; it was nice and quiet. If I were in the middle and near the elevators, I would have probably needed earplugs while sleeping. I wish the bathroom sink were a bit bigger. Water was always falling on the floor, which then needed to be wiped up. It's only about a 7-minute walk to the closest supermarket, Asahiya. Get your cheap food and supplies there!
