"We did not have any proper customer servive at all. There was a reception but it was just there as a part of the hotel decoration. There wasn't any receptionist or any kind of phone to reach out anybody. We didn't have any shampoo or bar of soap in our bathroom, our tv didn't work and room was dirty. There was a mini refrigerator but we werent allowed bring any food or drink from outside.
