Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"Apartment is new and very well appointed. There are 2 bedrooms - one has a western bed and the other has futons. Bedrooms are small and doesn’t have cupboards or other furnishings. That is fine because we spent most of our time in the living area. The kitchen is very complete and all utensils are provided. There are 2 separate toilet bowls but only a shared shower. "There are 6 onsens total (2 outdoors, 2 indoors, and 2 private), everyone single one had amazing views. The staff is incredible and so accomodating! I love the personalized touches by the staff. One downside is there are a lot of spiders and roaches outside (definitely none in our room) but that's not a hotel issue and unavoidable since the onsen is in a pretty remote area. "

"Property had doubled the price at check in and wanted us to pay them directly. I booked on Expedia thinking I had it all covered. Being in the middle of nowhere in a foreign county, I felt scammed.
