"The staff are excellent. Always pleasant, and very helpful and attentive. Breakfasts were wonderful with lots of choice. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful location - especially given how developed KoLipe has become (at times overwhelming). The only critique is that with the limit on lounging beds around the pool something must be done to give more fair and equal/equitable access. It is NOT acceptable that people could come out early, park their towels on the beds and aften would never appear...

"We have just stayed at Mail Sunrise. We had a Balinese suite which was on the top floor of a small 2 storey block. I was under the impression we were getting a stand alone bungalow but once we entered the room I was happy! It was beautiful. "This place was great! Pick up and drop off from the ferry is included, which is very nice! Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. Our room was very comfortable and clean and included daily water new towels for shower and beach, plus floor mats! Location was very central and easy to find. Our room was facing the busy road but it didn’t keep us from getting a great sleep! "

"The staff were super friendly, picked up and dropped off at the boat dock, clean modern rooms with sliders provided for ease of leaving footwear on the doorstep to keep floor clean. 3 minute walk down a lit path to the middle of Pattaya beach, 5 minutes away from the end of Walking Street. We could have done with some more storage draws but that won’t stop us booking again next year. Loved it, we have no reservations in recommending."

"Absolutely loved this place. However, I missed not having any sun loungers on the beach to relax. The stairs were quite hard work to walk up as our room was right at the top. But the staff and the view was still worth it. We especially loved having breakfast brought to our room in the mornings."

"We stayed in a bungalow. The interior is made completely of wood, which makes the room rather dark and very hot. The whole bungalow and the bathroom seem rather new. Cleaning service came by every day and changed the towels. It is very quiet and in a good location (close to the beach and walking street). "

"The water in the small private beach is calm and the sand on the beach and in the water there softer than other areas on the island, lots of fish close to the shore, even some shade over part of the beach and water in the afternoon. The ocean views from the cabin are amazing - you can see the ocean from bed. The staircases to the cabins are so clean and smooth, when it’s not too hot, you can go barefoot. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The back entrance gives quick access to the walking streets that have food, restaurants, souvenirs, tour operators and 7-11. Koh Lipe is a small island - anyone going to it should have the mobility to get in and out of a speedboat & longboat easily, & navigate many stairs and uneven surfaces. "
