"I had a beautiful stay at the Palm Beach Bungalow Resort. I stayed in a beach front bungalow which was very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were lovely, and all the meals were delicious. I went on the boat trip which cost 20 USD and included fruit and drinks. We went snorkelling, fishing and swam with glowing plankton. I definitely recommend doing this if you have time. "I've stayed here before. The location is PERFECT. The rooms are OK and it was nice to see they had added a coffee pot to the rooms. Stayed in #10. It could use a curtain on the bathroom window and curtains on the small windows to either side of the main door. Someone walking up to the porche could just look right in. "We had a wonderful five nights at this hotel. It is ideally located on an amazing white beach that is quite and does not have lots of backpackers and bars. The staff were excellent and sorted out a number of issues we had with our travel arrangement. Finally Koh Rong is definitely worth visiting for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. "My boyfriend and I booked this resort for 4 nights but had to cut it shorter due to family emergency. The resort staff was very accommodating and very helpful, did not hesitate to book our return and make things easier for us. The room was very clean and tidy, modern bathroom and the AC was pumping at max. We could not have asked for a better resort staff, so friendly and caring people. We will 100% return to this resort in the future."

"Booked two bungalows here for a short trip. On arrival we were informed that the bungalows were closed during low season for renovation. The owner told us we had to contact hotels.com for a refund. We had to leave the area to find alternative accommodation for our stay. Through contact with hotels.com the bungalows have refused to refund our money. Absolute scam. Do not stay here."
