The staff are trying there best but with no support from management that you never see, they have no chance of turning this property into what it should be. Left at the pier known one to help us with our bags, I had to walk, even though notified of our arrival. "We stayed here back in 01/2018 and went back 01/2025. This hotel is still a 10/10. The staffs were helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location is where you want to be. The tiny thing I dislike was the shower. The water would get all over the floor, poor design… I would go back and also recommend this hotel for all travelers. "

"This is a nice peaceful resort. Only 20 minute walk along beach to bars/restaurants. The Staff here are very helpful and pleasant. The beach in front is kept very clean by the resort. "The accommodation was at the far end of the beach in a quiet location. A beach taxi was available for you and your luggage. There was a decent food menu available and all staff were pleasant. "Nice property that is in need of many repairs. Pool tiles gone and not replaced. Ditto for decking. Ditto for pool and beach gear (Masks, snorkels etc) in need of replacement. Lovely villa and it was spotless. By far the best improvement would be the meals which were far below average. We took across the bay to eat at the high beach as the Pearl needs both better quality and decent food. Coming from Phenom Penh and Seam Reap which had amazing food and options we were disappointed. "

"The staff are lovely, Christina from housekeeping noticed I was a little sunburnt and brought in some aloe Vera for me without me asking and left it with us until we left, no charge, just thoughtful.
