Très déçu par la façon dont les clients sont traités dans cet hôtel Refus d’acces aux chambres avant 14h pour une arrivée à 11h Refus de laisser les chambres le jour du départ disponible jusqu’a 15h sauf contre paiement Refus de nettoyer une serviette tachée de sang à la suite d’un incident survenu à ma fille Je précise que j’ai réservé pour 20 nuits dans cet hôtel Et que l’on s’attend à plus de considération Par ailleurs petit déjeuner très limité au niveau du choix Personnel peu motivé du fait d’un management du 19 eme siècle Je conseille donc d’oublier cet hôtel qui ne devrait plus être accessible sur Expédia compte tenu de sa gestion client catastrophique

La struttura era immersa nel verde e già questo aumenta il punteggio. La posizione ottima per la via centrale di lamai dove ci sono negozi e locali per cenare e bere. Bellissima piscina e sdraio a disposizione anche per la spiaggia!! Unica pecca il ristorante/bar troppo caro rispetto ai prezzi che si trovano in altri locali.

Sehr schönes Resort! Allerdings war der Pool leider sehr dreckig. Gereinigt wurde er in 3 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal. Das war sehr schade. Auch das Essen im Resort war im Vergleich zu den anderen relativ teuer. Dafür das Personal sehr nett und eine super Lage! Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber!

I love Samui Sense. My third stay there. Very peaceful and close to everything. The manager Nina is a really lovely woman. The one downside is play awful music at the beach bar but they will turn out down if asked.

We had a relaxing 10 days on Koh Samui and are very happy we chose Samui Sense Beach Resort. We had a Villa very close to the pool and the room was clean and suited our needs beautifully. The only negatives were the bathroom was a bit outdated and the tv had no reception, but we weren't there to watch tv! The location was great, right on the beach on one side and a short 5 minute walk to central Lamai with all its awesome food, drink and shopping options on the other side. On returning the walk through the garden to get to our room was peaceful and gave us an immediate feeling of calm and a relaxed separation from the hustle and bustle of Lamai's main street which was just a few metres away. The staff were very friendly, responded immediately to any queries or requests we made and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

När vi kom till hotellet hade de först ingen bokning i vårt namn. Vet ej om det var hotels.com eller hotellets fel men i vilket fall som helst ordnade det sig inom fem minuter. All personal var jättetrevlig och läget var bra med nära till restauranger och allt annat som kan tänkas behövas. Badrummet kändes lite slitet men annars var rum och städning bra.

Très bien malgré tout

Pas adapté à ceux qui attendent un service 5 étoiles et qu'on porte leurs valises. Hôtel sans béton, chemins avec verdures. Petit déjeuner simple largement suffisant et vue magnifique sur plage, et massages. Certaines chambres peuvent donner sur un mur, on nous a déplacé moyennant un surplus comme d'autres clients (?). Est ce une pratique commerciale ? Étonné également de nous proposer un surplus pour rester plus longtemps dans la chambre pour se changer avant départ. Finalement on s'est débrouillé sans, ni chambre pour se changer comme usage un peut partout... Parfois manque anglais à l'accueil le soir. Pourtant je recommande cet hôtel qui a du charme, certe sans un service 5 étoiles mais souriant, très bien situé, bar sur plage, petit avec du charme et de la verdure, chambre belle déco et grande douche.

Accueil charmant. C’est très paisible avec ses jardins bien aménagés. On entend toujours couler de l’eau, que ce soit une fontaine ou un mur d’eau. Le seul point négatif c’est le déjeuner, il ne vaut vraiment pas le prix demandé !!!

Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Das Samui Sense Beach Resort - ein Hotelgebäude und Thai Villen inmitten von ein paar Grünpflanzen, so stellt man sich ein kleines, gemütliches Hotel in Thailand vor. Die Thai Villa machte einen normalen Eindruck. Der Wohnbereich sah auch ganz nett aus, alles war schon etwas abgenutzt, war aber noch akzeptabel. Allerdings haben wir so ein heruntergekommenes, schäbiges und ekliges Badezimmer noch nie gesehen. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes Unding. Ein verschimmelter und vergammelter Duschvorhang, Schimmel an den Wänden. Total eklig. Gemäß Beschreibung sollen TV Premium-Sender vorhanden sein. Alle Sender waren total verrauscht. Die Reklamation verlief natürlich im Sande. Das Frühstück – ein schlechter Witz. Die Kaffeemaschine brauchte 90 Sekunden für eine halbe Tasse Kaffee, das grenzt an Arbeitsverweigerung. Alle Speisen waren wenig schmackhaft, meistens waren die Gefäße auch leer und wurden erst nach sehr langer Zeit wieder aufgefüllt, wenn überhaupt. Nur die billigsten Säfte aus großen Kanistern wurden ohne Kühlung angeboten, nicht einmal das Wasser schmeckte, weil es warm war. Ein Preis von fast 12 EUR für so ein mieses Frühstück, das ist absoluter Wucher. Die arrogante und unfreundliche Managerin hat uns am letzten Tag noch das Duschen vor der Abfahrt abgesagt, obwohl uns dies die 2 Tage vorher jeweils zugesagt wurde. => Für uns hat das Hotel maximal 1 Stern verdient und wir würden niemals wiederkommen.

พนักงานทุกๆคนน่ารัก ต้อนรับดี ไม่ผิดหวังที่มาพักที่นี้ ได้วันแรกที่เข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมจัดห้องให้ผิด แต่ก็แก้ไขพร้อมคำขอโทษ ยังไงคราวหน้าถ้ามีโอกาส ไปเที่ยว เกาะสมุย ก็จะกลับไปพักโรงแรมนี้อีก
