"So pleased we stayed a at Woodlawn! - it’s a beautiful peaceful small resort set in lovely grounds and surroundings, the pool is gorgeous and we had it to ourselves most mornings! staff are fantastic and sunny was very helpful- picked us up and dropped us back to ferry which was great. Deluxe rooms are lovely with everything you need for a comfortable stay. "Love the beachfront accommodation. Lovely pool and stunning sunsets! Only reason for rating a good / 4 for the area is due to the vacant lot across the front entrance and for property condition in area seems tired. Loved it and would recommend and stay again! Thank you. "

"To start with we opted for a twin room as we are mother and son but were told that they took a large booking for an event and have hired out the whole floor so we couldn’t have a twin for all 3 nights. So one of the nights we’d have to share a double bed (which had a nicer view in the end). The place is dirty and needs massively updating. The bathroom is gross. The beds are very firm and cheap and if you have a tv in your room it has about 7 channels all in Thai - no smart tv. The staff werent...

"The hotel itself is well located near Sairee Beach and to all shops/restaurants. The room we stayed in was very close to some hostels that have loud music every night. Not a problem for us as we are heavy sleepers but may be something to consider for others. They said there would be a shuttle to pick us up from the pier but when we arrived we couldn’t find the shuttle. The ferry was about 30 minutes delayed which we thought may be the reason the shuttle wasn’t there. We got a taxi instead...
