"Beautiful property. Kind of far from all the activities on the south side of the island (water sports like scuba diving, jet ski, attractions like cable car & Sunset Town). For a 5 star resort we were surprised when we asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom twice and the toilet was disgusting after it was “cleaned” - found toilet water on the seat & floor. Staff were attentive most of the time, but not all the staff were good. "

"We were on the 6th floor and the internet was off and on and slow. At the pool and main floor it was great, but in our room it wasn’t stable. The staff was great and really served well!
