Villa with pool and sauna near the sea

This beautiful five-bedroom villa houses 12 people and is located in Koksijde near the sea as well as the town centre. The sauna and indoor swimming pool make it an ideal home for those looking to have a relaxing summer vacation.

The area's extensive nature reserves make it a paradise for cyclists and are great to explore on long walks. The sea is only 1 km away and the town centre is 2 km from here. Restaurants, nightlife, and general supplies are all within a 1 km radius of the home.

If you want, the owners will heat the swimming pool for you for a fee of €100. The home is child-friendly and has two children's bed and a high chair. It also has a roof terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

The Oostende-Brugge International Airport is only 20 km from here and Koksijde has several light rail stations.

Bookings from 24/01/2023: included in the total price, heated pool on arrival at 28°C.

Mooi huis en zwembad. Houdt wel rekening met ook niet extreem stroomverbruik met 300 extra kosten (100 voorverwarming zwembad + 200 naberekening stroom en gas). Verder fijn dat de eigenaar snel beddengoed had geregeld. Wij waren dit vergeten.

Zeer mooie,ruime vakantiewoning.Het zwembad is super, zeker als het slechte weer. 3 ruime badkamers, volledig uitgeruste keuken met veel kookgerei. Mooi ruim terras. Een minpuntje :de keuken was niet voldoende gepoetst, vooral de toestellen.

De aankomst was super. We hadden op voorhand de code voor het sleutelkluisje ge ...
De aankomst was super. We hadden op voorhand de code voor het sleutelkluisje gekregen. aankomen kon van 16u (vroeger was niet mogelijk omdat de externe kuisploeg nog bezig was) maar na telefonisch contact we mochten wel ons gerief al binnen en al eventueel eten in de ijskast te plaatsen. Het huisje was ook zeer modern en mooi. Het zwembad lag vlak naast de eetplaats/keuken en was afgescheiden door een glazen wand met shuifraam. Wat voor ons echt goed was want zo konden we de kinderen in het oog houden zonder zelf in de zwemruimte aanwezig te zijn. Waardoor we dus ook geen last hadden van het gekwetter en gespetter uit het zwembad ;) Kamers waren ook goed, alleen waren enkele kamers moeilijk te verduisteren waardoor de kindjes moeilijk in slaap geraakten. Het was echt een super verblijf TOT de laatste dag, bij het opnemen van de meterstanden! Hierbij bleek dat we 40m³ water verbruikt hadden (hadden ook zelf beginstanden opgenomen, dus het klopte wel degelijk) Maar toch is dit ENORM VEEL! Zeker als de prijs van het water ook €7,5/m³ is (daar wordt naar ons mening toch enorme winstmarge op genomen :( ) We hadden niet abnormaal veel water verbruikt (normale douchefrequentie, gewone hoeveelheid vaat, ... voor 12pers.) ook de eigenaars vonden dit heel veel, aangezien er maar een gemiddelde +/-4m³ wordt verbruikt. Ze beloofden ons dit te onderzoeken en ons een oplossing te bieden... Na 2 weken nog steeds niks gehoord, ook geen waarborg terug gestort? Dus zelf maar weer contact opgenomen, ze hadden de zwembadinstallateur laten komen en het bleek dat de jets in het zwembad werken op vers stadswater. Dus wanneer deze aanstaan, komt er vers water in het zwembad en overtollig water loopt gewoon naar riool (qua waterverspilling kan dit wel tellen!) inderdaad, de jets hebben redelijk wat tijd aangestaan maar we zagen hierin geen echt probleem omdat in de beschrijving en contract ENKEL staat vermeld dat de jets redelijk wat elektriciteit verbruiken, maar over water wordt NIET gesproken. Na telefonisch contact beweerden de eigenaars dat ze dit ook niet wisten?!? Ze gingen verder horen bij Belvilla wat ze konden doen voor ons (of dit onder een verzekering valt en zo toch nog een deel van onze waarborg konden terugstorten... Ma soit... of dit nu onder een verzekering valt of niet EN/OF de eigenaars het al dan niet wisten van het waterverbruik van de jets, wij waren NIET op de hoogte dat de jets ZOVEEL water verbruiken! Waardoor we van mening zijn dat er sowieso een minnelijk schikking zou moeten getroffen worden! Hopelijk kunnen we nog een deel van de waarborg recupereren want anders zou dit toch een hele domper op ons verblijf zijn!
