I booked this hotel (6th to 7th Sep'23) for my parents since they need to attend the VISA interview at US consulate. I booked from US using expedia. Within $25 (INR 2000 approx) we got this hotel. My parents had a great experience within this budget. The room were spacious, clean, nice staffs and all. Overall highly satisfied.

Nice hotel close to the US consulate.
Stayed here for my visa interview at the US consulate. Google maps is off when you check the physical address of this hotel. It may be a little difficult to find if you are new to the city, but I had the hotel manager talk to my cab driver who had no problem finding this place. It was within walking distance to the US consulate ( 10 min walk ). Close to INOX on elgin road, and variety of shopping, and food all within walking distance. Hotel per se is small. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Room service available with good food. All rooms are air conditioned. Bathroom was neat and clean. No smoke smell in the room. Good for students and family.

Enjoyable stay.
The room condition was given 4 not 5 is because of the noise of the street and the music every night from a night club underneath the hotel. Though the noise does not bother us, it might some body else staying. Staff were super helpful, polite and friendly. Room service and maid service is great. Food is good too.I give the staff 6++++....

Perfect Low Budget Hotel
Considering the low budget that I stayed at, it was a very nice stay. The only problem was that room service was not 24 hrs. The rooms were not as tidy as I would have expected but I guess that is more of a low budget scenario rather than hotel goofing up.

The Shila International
I stayed in Room no 109 for one night on the 24th Jan. It was very noisy due to loud music being played in the bar. As the hotel is located by the side of the road,its is disturbing due to passing traffic. The hotel does not have a restaurant, where you can have your breakfast (complimentary). The breakfast is served,in the rooms. Location is not peaceful. I do not recommend,this hotel,to any one.

Nice hotel @ great price and location
I booked this hotel for my parents stay and the overall experience was very good, staff were very friendly and cooperative. Food was really good and being near to all the good location was added advantage for staying in this hotel.

This hotel was ok for one night. I'm sure there were better ones but they were not available at that time or they were overpriced for what I needed. This hotel has a shower with a canister overhead controlling the hot water in the shower. It didn't work when I wanted to take my shower so there was no hot water. sad huh? I also had to ask for some toilet paper. They aren't big on providing a spare roll or making sure there was enough for the two guests. I didn't like the stairs I had to climb from the street either to get inside the hotel. The staff doesn't believe in knocking before trying to open the door.
