Popular with Indians and Chinese which creates its own challenges to both other guests and staff Rooms are clean but have very poor storage due to size. Bathroom probably the best I have used. "Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. "Whilst in bed,at 11 pm a tour group arrived on my fllor,they were all extremely noisey and showed no consideration to sleeping guests.I had booked a 2 am wake up call but was woken by this group at 11,i opened my door twice...to confront them..at 11.15 and again at 11.50 when i raised my voice to them all..it was unneccessary as management should of requested and quieter transition to their rooms when thay checked in.."

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

"The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. "

"I'm a competitive swimmer. This hotel has a 100 meter pool with crystal clear water. I was in heaven. The rooms were awesome. The view from our room was fantastic. The bathrooms are uniquely designed. The only downside was a very limited menu at the restaurant"

"In response to expedia prompts, i have already reviewed the checking in process and so this review will ignore that blip and deal with everything else. The rooms are well appointed and great. The staff everywhere were attentive and could not be more pleasent. Be that security, bellboys, catering, pool side and house keeping. The pool and facilties around are a fantastic assest, which we took advantage off. We loved this hotel and its general feel. Although large you were still made to feel you were at a smaller hotel, with the attention from the staff. We will return to SL and highly likely we will stay here aguan, as we still need more time to experience and see Colombo. "
