"This hotel was perfect. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. It was so clean with housekeeping everyday. The room was spacious and had plenty of places to put my coat, shoes and suitcases. Super quiet and located in a courtyard away from the noisy main area, but it was right in the middle of Old Town and walkable to everything you would want to see. Staff was great and super friendly. I would totally stay here again next time I am in Innsbruck. "

"We came for the Christmas Markets. It was in a perfect location. Steps from The Golden Roof, shopping and in the middle of the market action. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were modern, fun and clean with some cool features like a sitting swing. Breakfast was also great with lots of options. The view when you walk out the front doors is stunning with the homes and alps greeting you. "

"Very nice place. Host/manager/owner? was very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in my room at 1215pm shortly after I arrived, which was great, though I’m sure that’s not the norm. Room had a plug in fan too. Everything I would want. "

"This was our favourite hotel from our trip. It is about a 15 minute walk into the old town but it's through a lovely park along the river. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond! Very cosy room especially in the winter!"
