"Property is great, although very large. You will do a lot of walking! Water villa with private pool was fantastic, truly special. Food and drinks not bad, but I wouldn't class as 5-star. My main issues were with staffing. The resort is clearly way under-staffed. Some of the staff were wonderful - they were mostly the foreign workers. "This resort is really challenging. It is brand new, fresh, and clean. However, as it has just opened, there are many issues due to its youth. The personnel is sometimes a bit rude, but the manager is a great guy who we had the honor to meet in person and really addressed our problems with the room.
