This is all somewhat to be expected because the cost is lower than All Inclusive Hotels in Mexico and Western Europe. We stayed in mid October and the weather was hot and Humid."

"Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die einen herzlich empfangen und behandeln. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und würden den nächsten Urlaub nochmal dort verbringen. Auch die Auswahl an Essen und Trinken war immer sehr abwechslungsreich, ausreichend und super lecker! Das Hotel war super sauber, ganz klare Empfehlung. "

"As i book the hotel online and paid for it it take 95$ from my card and when I went to hotel they told they don’t have empty room and the talking language was very terrible and they were like to fight and beat me. Even i paid 90$ to Taxi to coming to their hotel this was my first bad experience with this hotel. I am putting these comments to avoid the other people from such experience. Also i got refunded only 75$ for my booking."

"We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use. Shuttle to the beach was useful and beach area was pleasant with free sunbeds and umbrellas."
