"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did find that water was not running to our room, except for intermittently, from around 9:30ish am to around 11:00 am. Possibly due to cleaning and laundry. We only assumed. We didn’t complain because we had no intention of changing hotels due to location. The staff, quietness, and comfort of our stay (4 days) was exceptional, which we felt kind of made up for it. "
