"I did not like that the check-in was all via a screen outside the main door in the cold weather with no human involved. This was especially cumbersome bc we had to go thru their process with 2 rooms. On a positive note, I would recommend buying the Salzburg card from the front desk— well worth the p euros. Ask about their restaurant. I didn’t even know they had one until our last day—another reason that a reception desk is needed rather than a screen check in. By exploring, we found laundry in the basement. However, there is no warning that if you don’t get your clothes out of the washer in time upon completion, the washer locks and you have to start over! Beds were comfortable. Appreciated that the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. But it is not always the same bus coming back so be careful you get on the right one. Very safe neighborhood to walk in. Parking was underground for 20 euros per night. Shower was hot with consistent pressure. Small fridge in room. "

"Smart, well-maintained hotel within easy walking distance of the Altstadt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The ‘Keller’ and Skybar/restaurants offered different but equally pleasing atmospheres and the food in both was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable."

New and very cute place, the service is great, they let us hang out in the lobby even past our check out, as we booked a late train and everything was pretty much closed for Christmas at 1 pm. Highly recommend!"
