"Clean good sized house in a quiet court st area.Close to town centre and inverloch surf club.Maybe do with a air conditioner in the warmer months ,but all in all had a great time. Jim and Beth."

"Retro pad with everything you need for a family getaway. Great location close to the shops, beach , tennis courts & basketball half-court. Time really slows down in Sandy Point. Positioned well to explore further afield, with Wilson's Prom and other south Gippsland towns closeby. The perfect place to really get away from the fast pace of daily life."

"Positives: Good location. Friendly desk staff at Ray White. Spacious house. Negatives: Cleaning material left in master bedroom, from maintenance staff. Very poor water pressure in en suite shower. Oily frying pans in kitchen. No shower soap or body-wash."

"Great location and set up with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately the house wasn't as clean as it could have been, oven and most utensils had to be clean before being used, outside bin already overflowing before our arrival, had to buy toilet paper and nil basic condiments supplied."

"The house location was great! Enough space for both my family 3 kids and parents. The home had everything you could need which was great! Negatives - the bed was awful barely slept through the night. Backyard wasn’t mowed so tricky for the kids to play. Toilet became blocked and was overflowing in the backyard. With a bit of TLC to maintain the works of the home this would be a really great stay! All in all we still had a great time - had all we could need and more but in future owner should...

"The property is in a great location very close to Inlet beaches and in many ways was quite cute. Our stay was comfortable enough but would have been better if: either of the 2 DVD players on premises actually worked; the downstairs bedroom blind was retractable on arrival, and guests were supplied with more than 1 property key (for 8 guests). Having said that, the kitchen, living room spaces, outdoor verandah space and mini billiards table were great and we'd consider returning again for future...
