"It's a great getaway. We loved the big kitchen and the outdoor area which suited our big group perfectly. This was the first time for us staying at Kooringal right next-door to the Gutter bar. Very convenient and fun. On that side of Moreton Island though you are bound by the tides, and you will have to plan your daytrips carefully. We did have an issue with the bore water being very smelly and brown. The smell was definitely not for the faint hearted. There was no rainwater left. We stayed...
