"Espectacular hotel en un pueblo muy bonito. Lo mejor de nuestro viaje de 8 dias por Bulgaria, sencillamente fabuloso el hotel y el servicio. El restaurante es muy bueno, increible para un pueblo tan pequeño, el cocinero que tienen merece una visita. Fuimos para un dia y nos quedamos tres, el pueblo hay que verlo, se pueden hacer rutas por la monaña y el hotel tiene un spa que esta muy bien. El personal muy atento y servicial."

"The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "In the booking confirmation from Expedia it states there is a number to contact the guesthouse on, at least 24 hours before arrival. We contacted the property 2 days before, and arranged a time for arrival. Unfortunately on arrival at Koprivshtitsa, we were unable to find it as there didn't appear to be street names except for the main roads. I contacted the number again and was texted an address (40 pop bogomil - which was different from the one given by Expedia). We asked for more information...
