Our experience was not great , i had previously contacted them to advise that we will be 3 adults , while it was booked for 2 , but had booked a twin bed room that sleeps three, they they checked us in , but i assumed that this was changed , after two days they said we will have to pay extra , which was fine , but was communicated to us like we were being dishonest. The room had only 1 towel , no hand towels , no ironing board , when we contacted room service , they brought us extra towel no hand towel and a filthy ironing board. We had to then go to the reception and ask again for a clean ironing board , the houspeeking staff said the provided ironing board was fine and after some convincing they changed the ironing board. To top it all we had a cockroach crawling around the table and the beer mug in the Bar. The housekeeping staff only on the third day of our stay provide us with towels for 3 guests. We booked this as all our family from overseas were staying there for the wedding. Our family members found cockroach’s in their rooms as well. We were extremely disappointed for a 5 star hotel. The price is the same as Taj Yeshwantpur which we all agreed would have been a better option .

I mean, the entire property is incredibly well maintained and so gorgeous and there are so many people willing to help you. We had the most beautiful stay in India there.

“Never again” kind of place
"Stay was a compulsion given I had booked not knowing enough… rooms are bad an stinky…washroom was super unclean, food quality is pathetic and staff is too slow to respond… ask for anything at it never comes up at the restaurant and at reception during check out 2 ladies just didn’t know there job ..."

"The property is small, activities are limited, and equipment (bicycles, football, pool etc) aren't maintained in the best condition. Rooms are clean and food decent. Staff are very nice and helpful though."
