"The hostel is located very close to U bahn. It was easy to reach the city center and all touristic destinations. Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. The contact number provided was unreachable I dont recommed this place to stay for long accommodations"

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "This was a great stay for our family of 4 young adults & 2 parents in our late 50’s. We had plenty of room and even having one toilet was not a problem with good scheduling :). We came in winter so the weather was a bit dreary; however, I can imagine summer would absolutely lovely and being next to the Danube would be a real treat. Candace was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a great visit to Vienna!"
