"The bottom of the bed and bed skirt was dirty-very obvious. Phone cord was broken didnt work, Door got locked from inside, couldnt open, had to use my data to call front desk to open our door. Food options were not so great. Staff were very friendly till we let them know the issues, then they wouldnt even make eye contact let alone say hello"

"Absolutely incredible stay! The entire staff especially Norman, Felix, Aqu and the ladies were outstanding. Drinks cold, only ate once at resort during our stay (we had rental car) however the surf & turf was cooked perfectly. Resort vibe was great as we all were in chill mode. Very mature guests. "It's a little rustic & basic & not 5 stars in a get back to basics good way. Located on a beautiful private beach & coral lagoon for an easy swim & snorkel 🐠🐡🐚🐟. "This property was scary to say the least. There was a padlock on the OUTSIDE of the door. When we arrived, there was no reception area, just a woman who ran out of another house and started yelling at us asking what we wanted. When we told her we had booked, she yelled go to room 7. Not knowing where that was I started walking around. This is when I found the bar/restaurant with writing all over the walls in red paint. Our room was not ready so were asked to wait in a different room for 10...
