"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "Large comfortable rooms, good dining options, excellent staff, nice beach, comfortable sunbeds. We went end June/early July and it was lovely weather, but my wife & I both caught a sickness virus that lasted 24-48 hours & we were told that allegedly there was a sickness virus going around the island. We found several other people at the hotel who had also had the same symptoms."

"There were a few oddities like no iron available, you had to use their dry cleaning service which was a fee. The variety of food options during dinner at main dining hall was lack luster since this is not an all inclusive resort and snack availability between meal services was almost next to in-existent.
