"The location is very close to the train station so the hotel is convenient and the staff were very friendly. However, it’s in need of some renovations. The carpet and rooms were old and in poor condition - we even killed on cockroach in our room. That said, it was also very cheap. "

"Pillow is a bit hard. I think it could be changed if request. I stayed 2 nights and only pressed the "change towels button". The towel bag was hung on my door handle. They didn’t come inside to do cleanup (i.e. rubbish bag also not changed). I saw someone put towel bag inside "used towel" in the onsen area. It is not very hygiene if it places clean towel again."
