"Beautiful property, the room was very nice also with good quality of food. On the other hand, the service can definitely be improved for a 5 stars hotel, such as massages for 2, welcoming message, taxi service. Too expensive for what it is, need some improvement but we had a great time there"

"Amazing time at Ella Retreat, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located a short drive away from Ella city, which is a bit sketchy at times heading up the mountain (but exhilarating). Being away with nature was great, be sure to visit the nearby waterfall!"

"When we got to the hotel they 1st said they didn't do hotel's. Com so i was about to cancel my credit card as i thought i had been scammed had i done so it would have been very inconvenient.
