If given a chance I will still go back and use this hotel..its not like the high end ones but considering its price, Dreamtel is really good. Very convenient and even the check in and check out is very hassle free.

I had two different bookings and they arranged for me to stay in same room. Great breakfast and central location with nice outlook to park and/or water. Only problem air conditioner located to close to bed & control fixed to wall.

Spacious Room with great service
Loved the room size and the view facing the padang. Had a great view of the fireworks for the Malaysia Day celebration. Breakfast spread can be further improve but loving the staff warmth & friendliness especially the trainee by the name Ms. Afrijinia. Housekeeping was super efficient and had the room clean & tidied during our breakfast time. Overall, very happy with the stay and will definitely return again when I'm in KK.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Dreamtel, as it was part of a bargain trip. Located near everything in KK the hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious (we had a room for 3). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast with good local choice as well as continental.

The showel cap cannot move quite uncovenient when take bath. Breakfast choices quite similar everyday. But overall customer service and room service good.will consider to come back for next sabah trip.recommend

Good location. Breakfast average. Room allotted was small and not very clean but was moved to a bigger and cleaner room the next day. Reception staff very helpful and polite.
