"I have traveled the world many times. Over 1,000,000 miles in the air last I checked. I have stayed in slums and I have stayed in resorts. This is the best place I have stayed by far and for a great price. The food was great, staff was very friendly and attentive, all spoke English pretty well. "Huge room with great views of the airport and the sea. The pool is great however does lack a bit of seating/pool loungers (there is a 4 or 5 seats max). But its greay seeing the planes land from the edge of the pool. Staff really friendly - they do charge you a refunable deposit when you check in - just something to he aware of."

"Great location for a night stops over to catch an early flight next day as it is near the KKIA airport. hotel surrounding full of eatery and pubs for a meal to drinks. set back only that the place can be noisy at night but overall i would recommend this place for reasonable prices for good bed, bathroom and no worries for food and drinks. would come back to stay here for a short stay. "

"We arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!"

"Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff is attentive and funny. Location is convenient for waterfront, markets, jesselton ferry terminal. Rooms were amazing, quiet, comfortable. Definately go for the water view! Worth every penny, loved it! "
