"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "We found it hard to find anything negative about this place. The units are well thought out and looked after with everything we needed provided and complete sets of equipment in the kitchen. Great transport links in to and across town. The most comfortable sofabed I’ve ever slept on in the living room."

"The houseboat is amazing. Lots of space for everyone. Very very clean, great kitchen appliances. The location is perfect. The hosts were very friendly, amazingly helpful. It is the best (out of 100’s) stay we have ever had!!!We will come back and recommend to all our friends. "

Nice touch to have all the necessitites for home cooking and a fresh coffee and tea in the morning provided. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. "Es ist eine Unterkunft geeignet für 3 Personen. Wir hatten keine Handtücher, Bettwäsche für 2 Personen. Genau nur 4 Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Das Kingsize Sofa was auch ein Schlafsofa ist, war durch gesessen. Das Kingsize Bett ist ein größeres Metallgestell mit einer kleineren Matratze. Es war keine Spülmaschine in der Unterkunft. Vermieter ist nett."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated houseboat. It would have been easier to have a car. Taking an Uber to down was a pain and very expensive and public transport is not very convenient from this part of city. Overall, a great experience and very peaceful location."

"Although we only stayed one night, parking was terrible we had to park a few streets back , the upgraded kitchen was nice the bathroom not so much but everything else was old and a bit smelly . The neighbors next door were smoking by the front door which you share and the smell of weed was in our apartment. "

"Second time here. Very happy with hotel, basic breakfast and facilities. Room service and reception are great and helpful. Ensuite rooms are clean, comfortable and have big opening windows. Nothing negative at all apart from the wait for the lift in the morning as hotel only has two lifts and if hotel is busy, you can be wsiting 5 mins or more. But stairs ok - apart from if you're on a top floor! I definitely stay here a third or fourth time!"

"The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals. "
