"The staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities you could want in the bathroom. All the facilities are lovely. The ski rental/sales shop is huge and the staff was very helpful in assisting me in trying out boots and skis before I purchased. They also have a really nice high-end shop with a large selection of ski clothes and accessories."

"Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and even treated us with a Kunefe. Excellent spa hotel and we will come back if we are in Cappadocia. "People were very nice and helpful, but, walls are paper thin, water in shower was not very hot and very low flow, sink faucet had a tiny crack and sprayed a fine jet out the side.. Otherwise, a nice place for the price! It was off-season and very few people at the ski area by April 8.. probably a better experience when things are busier.."

"On arrival, the host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He offered us an immediate free upgrade and he showed us the entire property. He also gave us recommendations for local touring and invited us to park in front of his hotel. The property was authentic and lovely a good quiet place just a couple minutes drive from the main city attraction and very affordable for budget conscious people. The breakfast was quality and tasteful, and the service at the restaurant was lovely"

"Ürgüp Mustafapaşa mahallesinde yer alan güzel şirin bir butik otel. Odalar giriş yapmadan temizlenmişti hiç kötü koku leke vs. rastlamadım. Mağara odaların havası çok iyi uyku kalitesini arttırdığı kesin. Oda kahvaltı şeklinde olan konsepti kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği şeklinde olsa daha iyi olabilir.
