Though may not be on Hong Kong Island or very close to any major tourists spots or train stations, the hotel is located in a good area, offers great services (including a shuttle bus), and the staff are fantastic! I have already stayed several times and always enjoy it!

This was my first trip to Hong Kong, the Dorset hotel made it very enjoyable, walking distance from the MTR ( public transportation ), walking distance from the mall ! Right across the street from much shopping and restaurants ! I would stay there again !!

The hotel provided excellent service overall. The establishment was exceptionally clean and conveniently situated. I was pleased with the variety of dining options in the vicinity. The proximity to Mong Kok was also advantageous. I extended my stay on multiple occasions. Eddy, Kevin, and Yan at the reception desk facilitated the process efficiently. Staff were great and very helpful. The family room we stayed in was super tight for 4 adults but we made it work. I guess in HK, this room is a luxury. Having onsite breakfast included was a definate plus. Great location and close to everything.

Within easy walking distance of all amenities. A variety of excellent dining options are located nearby. Air conditioning guarantees comfort. Overall, the staff is quite helpful and friendly. Excellent hourly shuttle service. I extended my stay, and Cathy made the extension seamless.
