This is a great location hotel. Its next to the MTR and 3 mins walk from the bus stop for A21 to the airport. Staff are nice and you can store luggage after check out. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel and 8 mins walk to ladies market.

The room is extremely small and narrow. Not much space to put any luggages. There is no fridge in the room, no free coffee or tea packages, just 2 bottles of water. The reception office is very small and dark. Surprisingly packed with a lot of customers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nearby streets there are lots of restaurants, bakeries, shops and malls. Also there is a subway station nearby.

My 3 week stay in Hotel ease Mong Kok
The service is swift and nice. Staff and cleaners are polite and helpful. Only once or twice drinking bottles and tea brush were forgot to be replaced. However, problem were fixed up quickly with no delay.
