Perfect location for Mongkok. It’s situated between two metros; Mongkok and Olympic. Rooms are small but you’re not really in them long and there is luggage storage under the bed (clever idea). They store luggage for you when you checkout and the guy at reception is just so welcoming. You get complementary coffee/orange and some pastries which was a nice surprise. Everyone who we interacted with was so lovely and resolved any issues we had. Will definitely be back in the future.

I booked this hotel because it advertised as having bidet. When we checked in the staff told us the facility never had bidet in the toilet. Absolutely false advertising and no apologies. Asked for a slightly late checkout and note offered. I had booked 2 rooms for 1 week.

The property is ok. The location so so. Breakfast was only a refreshment and there are NO NAPKINS anywhere! I guess they’re taking care of the environment but we need napkins anyways. I think the price it’s too high for the service provided and the location.
