The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Sammy, Andy and another gentleman that I did not catch the name of saved my day! We have good experience on this hotel. Its connecting with MOKO shopping mall. And there is MTR station inside MOKO shopping mall. Good service, easy checkin, room with big space. They allow us to store some of our luggage at their storage while we went go to china. And pick them up when come back from china and stay again at royal plaza hotel.
