Loved staying that this hotel. Excellent location for transport, food options and shopping. Rooms are nice and cleaned every day. My only wish is that the were a little larger for 4 people staying a full week. There was little room for luggage. But otherwise it was great.

Convenient hotel located in the Moko mall. Easy walk to middle of Mong Kok. No issues with the room. It had everything that we needed. Hotel was able to hold our bags when we arrived early on check in day and also the day of check out when we had a late flight.

This is the third time we stay at this hotel because of the convenience of transportation. A lot has changed since the pandemic. Hotel doesn't offer free shuttle anymore. Airport Express does not offer free shuttle directly to the hotel. We miss those perks. There are no food courts at Moko shopping center. The food court has changed to individual open space restaurants. We miss our favorite food court restaurant. Through the years, the hotel has not changed much and not many updates. Only the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash have upgraded. We were provided an VIP room on the top floor of the hotel, but there are no elevator going from 18th to 19th, so we have to lift our big luggages for one floor. The room is nice with all the amenities, but it is a little dark for seniors to see.
