"Daha ilk günden sorunlar yaşamaya başladık. İlk gün gelmeden önce arayıp otele girişimizi biraz geç yapacağımızı söyledik ve bu sebeple odamızı hazır etmelerini rica ettik. Ama bırakın odayı hazır etmeyi ilk başta bize verdikleri oda kullanılmıştı, yataklar üzerinde yatılmış, dağınık, tuvalet pis, oda içerisinde çöpler vardı. Gidip şikayet edince azar işittik.
