The best hotel I’ve stayed at in my Europe trip. Staff is incredibly helpful and the room is spacious and clean. Located at the heart of the Old Town, it is super easy to navigate and walkable. Super super recommended!!

This hotel is 10/10. This hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very nice! The rooms were very spacious, clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is located in the perfect location. It make it easy to walk to several restaurant options near by, and to tourist attractions. I strongly recommend booking this hotel when you stay in Krakow. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a wonderful hotel situated among nice shops and restaurants. Very easy walking distance to the central Krakow market square. My King bed suite was quite spacious and affordable. Staff were extremely pleasant.

Very well located hotel in excellent condition. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Bed was comfortable and the room reasonably spacious. Five minute walk to everything. Breakfast was very good. Was here for four nights. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They go out of their way to help you with anything you need. The breakfast was excellent and our room upgrade was a suite with 2 bathrooms. Nothing better than that for 2 women traveling together!

Fantastic two night stay, the hotel is perfectly situated just inside the old town, close enough to easily explore the whole area on foot but tucked away from the busier and noisier heart of the city. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the glass of bubbly on checking in was a very nice touch, the hotel itself has a lovely grand feeling of yesteryear with a magnificent flight of stairs from the reception. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and had everything we needed. The bed itself was very comfortable and in the bathroom the hot water was plentiful and shower powerful, all important for us. There was a mini bar and tea making in the room which are also essentials for our stays. In advance of our stay we arranged an airport transfer for our arrival which also went without a hitch. All in all a very enjoyable stay indeed, thanks.
