The hotel is centrally located & well maintained. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The great thing about Hotel 32 is the staff. It is rare in Central/Eastern Europe to experience warm & hospitable customer service. Hotel 32 reception staff are professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. It is very refreshing. Thank you to Patrick, Anya and Piotr for the hospitality.

The hotel is very clean. It is located close to the main center, the river and the palace. I would recommend this hotel. The staff have limited English which I would expect as it is a foreign country. Do not take this for being unfriendly. It is merely communication issue but very manageable. The road outside is being redone so if you visit in the next couple of weeks just know you will be dropped off on the next road over. You have to cross the construction to get to the front door. It is not an issue but be aware. We were a little lost at first. There is a small green sign above the door. I would stay here again.

The hotel is so clean. The location is great but the street in front is being completely redone so construction starts early. It is clise ro everything. I would have liked to lnow about the construction ahead of time.

Although the hotel itself is clean and well located, with friendly staff - when booking, there was no indication from Expedia or the Hotel to inform us that there was massive road construction happening around the hotel - meaning excursion has to pick us up elsewhere, we were walking on broken pavement and cardboard just to get into the hotel and cars were unable to come up and down the street! So really wasn't the ideal situation for the trip so if you're looking to go anytime soon - maybe look for a hotel that's not in the middle of a construction site or book once it has been finished!

June 2024 major Road works outside hotel dusty mucky awful…. The hotel itself is lovely clean and I can not fault it. if the road wasn’t being currently dug up for new tram lines the location would be perfect as it is just round the corner from castle.

Great location for price . A quick easy walk to old town. Had a hey Arnold room and the bed wasn’t comfortable but it was fine. Would stay here again as I’m definitely coming back to Krakow.

The property had works going on outside, which we didn’t know about when booking but the hotel was convenient altho a little tired. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was bakeries, cafes and a supermarket in the area around the hotel. It was very easy to walk to a lot of the sites and the Xmas market

Property has great location, short walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Room is very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The standard room has all the necessities but is very compact. Hotel staff is very professional and attentive. Unfortunately, Zwierzyniecka Street is under construction, so there is mud and puddles everywhere, plus some construction noise during daytime.

Last minute booking and so glad I found this place
There was a mix up with my flight back to the UK after a 4 day trip and I had to book Hotel 32 last minute. Wish I had known about this place and stayed here the full 5 days. Back in Kraków in December and will definitely book this place again if the prices remain as good.

The hotel is in an AMAZING location, a short walk from the castle and the old town and a really nice stroll along the river to the Jewish Quarter. There are some great cafes on the street for breakfast (Gossip Cafe and Nap Nap Cafe) and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that the rooms do not look as nice as the pictures but overall we had a good stay.
