Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10

Beautiful boutique hotel. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a wonderful surprise. Location is ideal for visiting Krakow as it is right on the square so easy access to many local restaurants, bars and shops. Hotel staff were all lovely and will definitely return to this hotel

I personally did not like this hotel. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. Yes, location is good, breakfast okay but as the room is concerned, I was not pleased. Old towels, TV did not work, hot tub in the middle of the room. Maybe for certain people this hotel could work But not for me

Perfectly situated on the central square. A recently renovated hotel so everything was in good order. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Small lift was helpful. Staff were courteous and welcoming.

Excellent hotel, breakfast was superb with cooked to order hot food and good quality continental options. The coffee was very good. The room was clean warm and the bed very comfortable. Shower excellent though the seal on the door not very good so water soaked the floor. Only a minor niggle.

Its located in the old town square. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Plenty of shops nearby. Horse with carriage is just outside if thats what you want. Train station is walkable distance and only 30 minutes to the airport. We would definitely book this hotel again if we were to come to Krakow again

This hotel blew us all away! My sisters and I go away together when we can, and decided upon Krakow for this trip. We chose the hotel because of the location and price. Both were excellent when we booked, and we were very happy. When we arrived, we realised how lucky we were! The location could not be better - every time we walked outside we were wowed by being on the beautiful main square - literally outside the front door. The hotel itself was wonderful - pristine, lovely helpful staff, incredible breakfasts, lovely homely comfortable rooms. In addition, so generous! We had a bottle of Prosecco, on ice, in our room waiting for us, and drinks in the fridge were all complementary. Great personal dinner recommendations for dinner from the front of house staff. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Fantastic location right on the old town square. Spent New Year here and watched the celebrations take place from our well located room on 2nd floor. We received a welcome bottle of Prosecco. Soft drinks in our refrigerator were replenished everyday. Good choice of cold and hot breakfast options. Also including Prosecco,vodka and vodka shots if you like to drink that early! Can’t fault staff who were very polite and courteous. Lovely touch, a bottle of red wine left in our as a thanks for staying there Would definitely stay here again.
