Fantastic location in rhe old town just 1 blocks from rhe main square. Fantastic bed linens and pillows and luxurios bathroom. Front desk were very helpful. Will stay here again!

Hotel is in a great area for access to all the beautiful sights of the city which is beautiful. Room was lovely and luxurious but I was disappointed as there was no bar or communal area in the hotel apart from the restaurant The reception is small and access is immediately up the staircase or lift. It felt as though the hotel had been split off somehow. It did not impede on our trip as Krakow is so picturesque.

Great location in Old Town. Most comfortable bed we had during a month of traveling around Europe. Classic, historic building but with modern features. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is extra but there is free coffee available all day, and free snacks (including wine!)in the afternoon. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way
We stayed at the Unicus Palace Hotel for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large with a king size bed, which was extremely comfortable. The room is beautifully decorated. Bathroom is large and again beautifully decorated, including the bonus of underfloor heating. Large wardrobe with plenty of space, including a safe. Kettle with tea and a coffee machine to use. Mini bar is well stocked, though like all mini bars expensive to use, recommend to check the mini bar menu in the shelf above kettle to check prices. There is a restaurant in the hotel, we didn’t use it but it did look lovely. Location of the hotel is ideal, bars and restaurants around as well as a very short walk to the market square. We are already planning a return trip and will definitely be staying at the Unicus again.

Loved the room we were in - very nicely decorated. The hotel is very convenient to the Old Town, only a few minutes to everything. Only downside is no parking onsite, but they park rhe car for you, so still convenient. Definitely recommend.
