They steal money. I booked through Expedia and less than an hour later relized i booked the wrong dates. All i wanted to do was switch the dates, and i was unable to. Expedia said as long as Ibis gave permission i would be able to, and they never gave permission. Not only did i lose that money, i also had to book a new hotel. It actually should be illegal what these companies do. DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR MONEY

For a 1 Star Hotel this is good value for money. Very basic but all i needed as a base for exploring Krakow.

Good location and very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a bit bland and the toilet paper was poor quality. Comfortable room, all the basics as you would expect from a budget chain.

Positives - very clean, staff friendly, great location. Negatives - no kettle, twin beds were very close together, toilet seat was very small, shower door only opens half way making it very difficult to get in and out. I felt like i was going to slip stepping down.

Wojtek at the reception during check in was super friendly and made the whole process smooth. In fact the whole staff was very nice. Great central location. Close to train station with direct airport connection

This is fine for a budget hotel but location for the train station is perfect. 1 min walk and you’re at the train station Rooms here are basic but the price reflects this. Room was clean and had everything I needed

Very good hotel. Very small cozy unit. Staff is very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Location is very good too lots of restaurants and trains around. I Would go back .
