Beach Villa Seru Di Santu

A brand-new oceanfront villa close to the city center of Bonaire. Villa Seru di Santu is the perfect accommodation for two families or a group of friends. The Villa consists of two floors with a private entrance. Each floor benefits from a well-equipped open kitchen, dining and living space with an amazing view over the calm Caribbean Sea. On both floors a total of six people can be accommodated and features three king-size bedrooms. The bedrooms all have their own private en-suite bathrooms and views of the surrounding area. All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels and an adjustable air conditioning system. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a lounging space and a big dining table next to the pool area. This is the infinity pool blends perfectly together with the ocean and provides the perfect way to cool off when it gets too hot. The two stairs next to the pool give you a refreshing swim in the ocean. The villa also features the possibility of a scuba gear, an outside sun bed with an ocean view and a big sun bed to relax.

During your stay we will try to help you enjoy the island as much as possible. Feel free to ask about additional additianal arrangements such as private dining, chefs and let us fill your fridge so when you arrive the house feels like your own home.

Villa Seru di Santu is a very central located holiday villa situated next to the city center of Bonaire, Kralendijk. The main shopping and diner street is only a 15-minute walk. The convenient location makes everything close by.

Amazing - hope to stay again soon!
The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults! We had plenty of room; the outdoor space allowed us to spend most of our time there- whether in the ocean, the pool, hanging out or having a meal! We could walk into twin and drive to grocery, beaches, and windsurfing easily. Will stay here again with our family!!

Great family place
This is our second time staying at this property and it was great. Kids love the pool and we love being ocean front. The property fit our party of 10 perfectly with room to spare. Eva was great at responding to our questions and taking care of anything that was missing. Thanks for a great stay!

Top notch Villa. Very attentive to our needs. The first aid kits need attention, replenish. I would recommend this property to all. Great location along with snorkeling right off the pool. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. You will enjoy.

Great place
The living areas on each floor worked great for us. The grandkids could nap upstairs and wouldn’t get bothered by the rest of us. Pool area was really enjoyed by the entire family. Eva the property manager was very prompt answering any questions we had. Property was in good shape.

Fantastic place
Niels is an excellent host and this is a great property. Hard to imagine a better location. Near great restaurants and a half block from an excellent dive shop. We were a group of nine. Plenary of room for all.

Great property. Great location. Diving right off the back deck. Excellent restaurant right next door. 15 minute walk to coffee and restaurants. Centrally located to great shore-based SCUBA diving. Eva was very responsive to any issues (very few). Highly recommend this beautiful home!

The most amazing holiday ever!
Thank you Niels and your team for a wonderful stay. There was eleven of us, three generations in all! The ages ranged from 3 weeks to 71 years old. Great option for large group
Excellent location if using VIP Diving as your dive shop and you like to dive from the house - we saw lots of fish life in front of the property. Home had what we needed for our stay and space for a larger family group. Air flow at property was not as good as other homes we’ve stayed in that run perpendicular to the shoreline and allow more airflow through the main areas and pool area so know this property can be hit during the summer (if all AC units do work in bedrooms). Hosts left is a lovely welcome snack basket which was a lovely surprise since we landed late after a long day of travel.

Great Villa
The villa is nicely laid out and would comfortably handle 2 families or up to 6 couples. Since there is an upstairs and downstairs kitchens you could separate a little if desired. View is great and location is close to everything. The restaurant next door is good but comes with a little noise It was are first time to Bonaire and we would stay here again

I would recommend this Villa to all vacationers. Perfect location, close to anything needed. Went snorkeling and diving right out back. Easy access to the ocean. Niels made us feel welcome and communication was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked and equipt. Plenty of towels. Bedrooms were all comfortable. 5 star property!

Wonderful house for our large group
We had 11 adults. Perfect space for us. The outside space and pool were perfect. We did a lot of diving and the location was great for the south dive sites. Common area without ac gets very warm with no ac ( but it is august!) the ac I’m the bedrooms felt wonderful. Comfy beds and nicely equipped kitchens. The group is already discussing a return visit.

Amazing Views!
The property is beautiful and perfectly located: on the ocean and close to town. We snorkeled right from the back yard even at night. Taomo Beach was within a 5 minute drive which has white sand, large beach, food trucks and amazing snorkeling! The shops and restaurants are within walking distance which is nice when some family members wanted to hang back. The views are amazing morning and night! The restaurant next door was quiet and provided a quick bar trip. The house had plenty of space for our two families and Neils and Eva were great hosts. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Note: If renting a vehicle, you need a 4 wheel drive to get through the national park and most beach roads are very rocky.

Great house
We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The highlights were the pool and diving at the house reef (many octopus sightings!). The rooms were comfortable and the house is spacious. The location makes for a quick trip to town or the south dive sites. In general, having Sebastian's next door wasn't an issue. You clearly see everyone on the dock who is dining and I assume they can see you. But you forget about that after a while. People parking cars for Sebastians can be an issue. And the biggest challenge was the garbage smell. On some days, the wind blew from their garbage into the house and back patio. Other than that, it was a great rental.

Vacation with friends
Great location, beautiful house, fantastic pool! We had a great trip with our friends to Bonaire. Working with Eva, the property manager, was easy. She was so helpful in finding a chef for our week as well as a massage therapist to come to the house (twice). She also helped with all our tiny concerns and made great recommendations for dinners out. The house is as described: six bedrooms in total, with six bathrooms (four ensuite). Two kitchens and plenty of seating space for our party of 11. The pool is so nice and the ocean directly in front of the condo has great snorkeling. The restaurant next door does add some noise (and one minor parking incident), as do the neighbors' dogs, but nothing terrible. The AC in the bedrooms pretty well drowns out most noise.

On the ocean!
The villa was very nice. We were greeted by the house manager. The owner left us a beautiful gift basket of goodies. The house is as described but there are a few small differences Four bedrooms have an attached bath. Two have their bath across the hallway. The dock in the picture is now much bigger and belongs to the restaurant next door. There are people dining on the dock from 5pm on. The pool is beautiful but once you’re past the stairs, it’s 5.5 feet deep everywhere. There were pool noodles is the garage which came in handy for anyone under 6’2” The location is fabulous! Love it anytime we can walk to restaurants

Paradise Found
House was lovely with more than enough room for our family of 6. We didnt even use two of the king suites. Location was perfect with reef directly out back for day and night diving and snorkeling. The pool was enjoyed day and night! We enjoyed the convenience and people watching of the restaurant (Sebastian's) next door, some may find it rather close but it didnt bother us. VIP diving is just across the street and a great operation. We had a chef at home one evening we highly recommend - Manouk at Home, 5 course meal with wine pairings. All of the restaurants were great but the personal chef evening was the best meal on the island for us. Open the doors for an amazing breeze and enjoy! There is also AC in each bedroom thar we used at night. Do not miss the Van den Tweel grocery store, it was incredible and only 3 mins from the house. Also must go watch the windsurfers on Serabon beach at Sebastains (another branch related to the restaurant next door). I looked and looked and i cant find a house that can beat this location and ammenities. We will be back!

Bonaire Perfection!
Our party of six adults can not say enough about our time in Beach Villa Seru Di Santu. Communication with our host Eva was spectacular. To our surprise we were greeted with the most amazing package of goodies in the fridge and a bottle of wine upon our arrival, which meant rushing to the store was not required until the following day. The ocean front home with private sea access was splendid. The house was perfection in all ways! How we enjoyed dipping in the pool after diving the house reef just a short kick out to the drop off. Our four adult guests were not divers but they all snorkeled in the crystal clear calm waters off the home’s shore. Eels, octopus, barracuda, and too many species of fish to list all waiting for you right at home. The location so close to town made getting to dinner a snap! If this home is available when you’re traveling book it- and do what we did- invite a few friends to join you!!!

Beautiful house but misleading information
The house, gardens and grounds, pool, and view of the water were beautiful. However I had booked this house specifically to get use of the ladder into the water, as I have limited mobility due to an auto accident. This ocean-access ladder is shown in one of the VRBO photos. I had asked the property owner about ladder access, and he said "no problem." But when we arrived, the property manager said the ladder was owned by the next property to the right and we could not use it. There was a sandy beach three properties down the shore, but the surf was too high for me to access the water from this beach. I was very disappointed to have rented a 6 bedroom property for two persons and then not having ocean access.

Great Family Oceanfront Vacation
Our family stayed for 11 days in this beautiful new house and had a great vacation! Niels was responsive, flexible, and helpful during the booking process. Astrea greeted us with a tour of the property when we arrived (including a nice welcome bottle) and was quick to respond to any questions or minor issues during our stay. The kids loved the infinity pool and the adults, in particular, enjoyed the amazing views of the Caribbean! The house is very tastefully decorated and we particularly loved meals at the large circular family dining table looking out over the ocean. The a/c in the bedrooms was quick to cool things off when things got a bit too warm, as was a quick swim in the pool or ocean. We also loved the cleaning basin and locked storage for our diving equipment because you can't go to Bonaire without diving! As a matter of fact, we even did a little diving in the ocean right in front of the house! The location deserves repeating - it is right on the ocean and in a great location within Kralendijk: next to a fine dining restaurant, near VIP Dive, a few minutes from the airport and central to all activities. Villa Seru Di Santu helped make a great family oceanfront vacation!

Awesome time!
We loved staying at this property. The biggest reason we loved it was the access to the water where any of us could snorkel whenever we felt like it. We also loved the infinity pool. The restaurant next-door was not a problem at all because there is a very tall wall that stands between this property & the main part of the restaurant. We visited this restaurant several times. They have great food and a wonderful environment. Everyone we asked on the island told us we should eat at Sebastian's because that was their favorite, and we were lucky enough to be right next-door. There were a couple things about the house that we would love to see updated like the showers since the water tends to go on the floor outside of the shower itself. We would also like to see a dryer added to this property so we could wash towels and not have to hang them. Lastly, a nicer grill, beyond the circular charcoal grill, would be awesome. Overall though, the space was huge and we really enjoyed the outdoor table, as well as the view and huge table upstairs on the second floor. Please note the stairs to the upstairs is on the outside of the house. That was not a problem for us since our kids are all adults & stayed upstairs (three bedrooms up, and three bedrooms down). It was also awesome that there was a kitchen on ea. floor. Communication w/ Eva was fantastic & we loved how there was a basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived. That was a very nice touch!. We are considering going back!
