This beautiful oceanfront villa is located in Sabadeco. Relax in the private pool and enjoy the sunset and ocean views from your spacious terrace. Comfortable and high quality accommodation fully furnished and equipped. There is a washer as well as a dryer.
The villa features three bedrooms (all with AC), two bathrooms and accommodates up to six people. The living area and kitchen also have AC.

Oh, what a view!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at crown ridge 13. Absolutely beautiful view and great snorkeling just steps away. Great communication with owners before we arrived. Very helpful that all light switches were labeled. Pool was nice and clean. Some of the beds could use a new mattress but that could be personal preference. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Bonaire is Our Family's Caribbean Home
Being able to walk out the back door and onto one of the major dive sites on the Island is a dream and can't be beat. It's an easy drive to town and some of the major sites. Our family particularly likes the Crown Ridge, Sabadeco area and this place is right in the middle. Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. We recommend it for groups of 6 or under, especially if you snorkel and dive. Rob and Zwaantje were very responsive with communications before we arrived and during our stay. Enjoy your stay!

Down the steps right into Andrea 1
We've been to Bonaire over a dozen times and always stay in Sabadeco. This villa is lovely: private patio overlooking the ocean with plenty of outdoor furniture and VERY convenient access to Andrea 1. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Any questions you have are quickly answered by Rob and/or Zwantje (so?). Great place to stay!

Great Villa and Location
We're a family of four and we simply loved our stay at Crown Ridge 13! This was our first visit to Bonaire and we were looking for a villa with a private pool in a quiet area. The added bonus was there is a great snorkelling site right outside the property, so we were out there for a few hours every day. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The hosts Rob and Zwaantje were very responsive and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Most evenings we would take the short drive into town where there is a good selection of restaurants for dinner. A great time was had by all and we'd definitely stay at Crown Ridge 13 again!

We had a a fabulous 2-week stay and already miss being there. We were so fortunate in finding this villa for our vacation which exceeded our expectations. Working with the property managers Rob and Zwaantje enhanced our experience throughout our pre-trip planning, on arrival, and during our stay. Replies to questions were immediate and exceptionally helpful. Before our stay, we were provided with a wonderfully helpful digital Guide Book with all the information and links needed for the rental and the island. The beautiful villa itself was more than perfect. It was spacious, comfortable, perfectly located, private, equipped, easy access to the beach for snorkeling or diving, beautiful views, and with our own private pool! We also had delightful, delicious, and memorable evenings with Melissa Sailing and Chef Bonaire and other dining experiences. We are already talking about planning our return! Thank you for such a wonderful anniversary vacation! ♥️

Great Location
Perfect location. Walk down the steps and go snorkeling or diving. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need with pots, pans, utensils. Nice amount of spices left behind made cooking easy.

Great house in a great location
We all loved staying at this house. It's in a great, quiet neighborhood with the Andrea dive site right in front. You cannot beat the view either. It is very close to town which made it really convenient when we wanted to eat out, go grocery shopping or visit some shops. A lot of what you'll need is already available at the house. The hosts were really responsive/helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation
I traveled with my husband and our three children, ages 12-17. We all had a wonderful time. Some of the best snorkeling on the island just steps away! We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset and the parrots fly past us every evening. This was our first visit to Bonaire and it exceeded our expectations. Accommodations were perfect!

Crown Ridge Stay
Five Stars! This was our second stay at the Crown Ridge villas operated by Paradise Rentals Bonaire/VRBO. This is a seamless vacation. The property is very clean and updated. The house has everything you could need. The pool is sparkling clean and is maintained by a pool person. The views are beautiful, and Andrea 1 is right down the stairs from the house. It's wonderful to sit on the terrace and listen to the parrots and watch the hummingbirds. Bonaire is a great place to visit. We are excited to come back next year and stay at Crown Villas again.

Love to Snorkle? This is for you.
Lovely setting just a short drive north of town in a residential neighborhood. Private steps, shared only with one neighbor, down to the reef with an easy entrance into the water. Doesn’t get much better. Sun sets every evening while relaxing in the pool. Rooms spacious. House has everything you need. Decor is pleasant but sofa could be updated. Cushions are sagging somewhat. Just a note that in order for the middle bedroom to be private, the entrance to the master bedroom must be through an outside door. Not a big problem but something to be aware of. Overall a very comfortable well located home.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit direktem Strandzugang. Der Eingang zu Andrea1 liegt direkt rechts der Treppe. Auch als Schnorchler gibt es hier viel zu sehen. 1 bis 2mal die Woche kommen ein Gärtner oder der Poolreiniger. Vorsicht! Stehen plötzlich direkt am Pool und kündigen sich leider nicht an. Alles sehr entspannt! 😉 Es war wieder eine schöne Zeit auf Bonaire!

Easy to find and well equipped. Gorgeous sunset views from the deck. Quick access for snorkel and dives of Andreas with only a few boats mooring throughout the day. Iguanas visited, parrots flew by, birds sang.

Great Property!
Everything was great, but be careful this listing says its for up to 6 people but they charge you an additional fee for guests 3-6 in hidden print that has to be expanded to be seen. It wasnt the amount of the total bill, but how they added over $500 in additional fees to the bill without making it clear or obvious, so when I went to pay the final portion and saw this, you can imagine my surprise. The listing owner should really put this in the main listing content but VRBO wouldn't back me up and said they could do that.. totally disagree. Otherwise great house, great location out of town, no compliants would stay there again.

Incredible view with Andrea 1 in the backyard
We spent two weeks here in April 2019 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the location and view are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware that is in good condition. The beds are comfortable with good quality linens. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the great room. And you really cannot beat this location, entry to Andrea 1 is directly behind the home. Andrea 1 was a great dive site, and also one of the best snorkel sites on the island as indicated by the number of boats tying up to the mooring buoys with loads of snorkelers. The home is about 7 minutes North of town.

Beautiful villa by the sea
We had a wonderful time at Crown Ridge 13. Nice and quiet location with in steps of the sea. Villa was nicely furnished and supplied with all the little accessories you might need for your vacation. If you snorkel or scuba dive , you have one of the best spots on the whole island of Bonaire, directly in front of the house. The natives are friendly above the water as well as below. We highly recommend this villa as a home base to explore and enjoy the beautiful island of Bonaire.

Loved this property!
My husband and I stayed at this villa in March/19. It was terrific. Fully equipped as described with regards to appliances and charcoal bbq (no gas bbq). No staples as far as food but there are some spices. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Beautiful patio/pool deck that offered ocean view and access to the ocean. Short drive to airport, grocery stores, gym and downtown. We only used one bedroom and found the bed and bedding to be quite comfortable. Wifi was great. Loved the visits from the iguanas but they do poop on the deck, thankfully, there is an outdoor brush/pan that you can clean it up with!! The property manager responded quickly when we had only one question during our stay. Really loved this villa!

Fantastic location at the beach
The house is well equipped, proper cleaned and well-maintained (airconditioning, outdoor shower, large sun desk). We loved the ocean-view with beautiful sunsets and the direct access to the sea with the perfect snorkle conditions. We certainly recommend this property. A lovely home on a lovely island!

Awesome property!!
This is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. The views are gorgeous and the sunsets even better. Nothing can beat the direct access to the beach! There is a dive site right in front and the snorkeling is brilliant. The location is great, easy access to everything in a few minutes. The house itself has everything you need, kitchen is fully stocked, A/C in the living room is really appreciated. Booking was super easy, the driver was waiting for us at the airport, all smooth. The sun shines, the pool is warm but still refreshing, the wind blows in the palm trees, iguanas room around on the terrace and parrots fly above you, can't get any better! Don't hesitate to book!
