"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. "The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!"

"The property is quaint and lovely, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a two nights stay with our two dogs. A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. "The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."

Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."

"This is a really very nice hotel with absolutely superb staff and a wonderful spa. Breakfast is excellent and the view from lake-facing rooms amazing. Why four, rather than five stars? First there is no room service. The reason given for this is that the hotel is spread over a large area and the hotel does not want to deliver sub-standard food.
