"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"We were surprised in many ways when we came to this property. The square footage of the place is substantial, adding the spacious terrace makes it even more enjoyable. Then the gorgeous mountain- and lake views add to the great location. Everything was clean as well as practical and towels were also available. "It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"Communication with the host (Hanny) was very good. She responded promptly after we requested information a few days prior to our stay via e-mail. The location of the appartement is away from the village of Marbach going up the mountain (you need a car to get there). The appartment is on the top floor of the farm house.
