This inviting vacation apartment welcomes its guests as the only apartment in a family house in a quiet location. The modern furnishings will make you feel right at home. Make yourself comfortable on the comfortable and large sofa in the living room, the fireplace stove provides additional coziness. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands.
The terrace invites you to spend wonderful hours outdoors. Drink the first coffee of the day here, enjoy the sun extensively and prepare delicious dishes towards evening, you have your own gas grill here.
From the house you can quickly and easily reach the beaches and beyond the beautiful towns of Krk and Malinska, which are characteristic of the island.

Der Schein trügt
Die Größe und Lage der Wohnung ist ein super.
Aber das Inventar ist leider völlig abgewohnt und bedarf dringend Reparatur oder gar Erneuerung. In der Küche alle schranktüren locker, der Wasserhahn wackelte, Den Gas-herd konnten wir nicht verwenden, sobald man die gasflasche aufgedreht hat, hat die Wohnung in kürzester Zeit nach Gas gestunken, im Badezimmer fehlte die duschstange und die Türen der Dusche wurden provisorisch durch einen Vorhang ersetzt, Schrank im Bad aufgequollen und schief, Schimmel in der Dusche, Plastik zerbrochen beim Fön,
Im 2. Bad war der duschschlauch defekt, der spülkasten lief ständig nach, bei den Matratzen spürt man auch die Federn.
Zu diesem Preis würden wir die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.
