It now consists of this larger house and another smaller one, both made of stone. The yard covers more than 2000 m2 and thus ensures privacy while enjoying the various facilities of this impressive property. On the outside of this villa, there is a private pool, sun deck, and barbecue, and a yard connected to the wellness area with a sauna, hot tub, relaxation area, and fitness area with outdoor and indoor showers. The interior consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with a living room. On the ground floor, there is a tavern with a kitchen, fireplace, and wine cellar.The smaller house is also rented and is luxuriously equipped, the interior consists of 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a living room. The outdoor area consists of a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, a small pool, and a terrace.The property is ideal for enjoying a completely private luxury vacation, with all the listed holiday facilities will be an unforgettable experience, and we look forward to your arrival!
