"Great Barmaid & Breakfast staff "

"Wonderful place "

"Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV. Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help. "

"Had an amazing stay in the end we extended our stay twice and the gentleman on the front desk with the cap on was amazing and extremely helpful "

"A lovely hotel, nice staff. Very comfortable room and bed with tea/coffee making and fridge. Clean bathroom. The location is right on the river, unfortunately there are bridge works which make it a bit further to walk to river as some routes are closed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cable car and boat departures. "

"Nice hotel close to the central train station. Very friendly and supportive staff. Fine breakfast buffet. Clean. Quiet neighborhood, but hotel also close to cafes, dining places, and two grocery stores. Within walking distance of downtown Koblenz."
